PL 5082 Series Strong Ribbed and Open Surface
PL 5082 series modular belt have 2" (50.8mm) pitch and 0.63" (16mm) thickness, 0.94” (23.9mm) for ribbed version. It has designed for heavy-duty applications in various industries. The unique surface design limits friction and contact between products and belt and increases airflow. The ideal ratio of rib thickness and the opening area offers optimum support for unstable products such as petaloid bottom PET bottles with very high mechanical strength. Cross rib offers high lateral strength on whole belts.
